How
do I print QCC Standards from the internet?
by Tony Mitchell – September 2002
1. Once you are online, go to
http://www.glc.k12.ga.us/
2. Click on the top left-hand button that
reads “QCC Standards and Resources”. The icon has a small graphic shaped like the
state of
3. Choose your subject and grade from drop
down menus.
4. In this same window, next to “View”,
choose “View Full List” from the drop down menu.
5. Again, in this same window, the bottom
drop down menu is “Resource”; choose the second choice, “QCC Standards” from
this drop down menu.
6. Click on the button below the drop down
menus that reads “Search QCC”.
7. All of the QCC standards for the subject
and grade you chose are listed. To get a printout, look at the blue section on
the left and find “Quick Links”. Beneath
“Quick Links” select “Print as PDF”.
This will print all of the standards on this webpage into a nice, neat
PDF (Acrobat Reader) file.
If you do not have Acrobat
Reader installed on your computer, click the Back button back to the Class
Handouts page and see the “Installing Adobe Acrobat Reader” choice for
directions on how to install it on your computer. Or, while you have the
webpage up that has your standards listed, simply click on the print icon at
the top of your browser window. This second choice is the easiest, but may
print many pages, wasting precious ink and paper, and is often disorganized.
