This help document is for you if:
· The Novell NAL window does not open automatically, but minimizes itself at the bottom of your desktop screen and will not open up unless you right-click on it and choose Maximize
· When you “Restore Down” (click on the middle box on box icon between the X and the _ minimize), your Novell NAL window stays minimized at the bottom of your screen
If this happens to you, this is how you “Fix” it:
1. Click on the Restore Down button (between X and _ in top right side of screen)
2. Right click on the NAL window symbol on the taskbar and choose Move
3. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to access the window with the mouse (when you press the arrow keys, and then move your mouse, you will see a rectangular object at the mouse point)
4. Move this object into the center of the desktop
5. Click off of the object and you will see it is the NAL window, but that it has been shrank
6. Use the mouse to stretch the window open, like you would any other window
7. Now the window will act as it should when it is minimized or Restored Down
