Getting started

News about InteGrade for the 08-09 school year

After the Setup training sessioin, opening your new grade book on the server to test it

 

 

 

First, after setting up your grade book, but prior to using it you will need to do the following:

*

DO NOT delete or rename any of the Classes in your grade book

*

DO NOT delete any of the End-of-Term spreadsheets or Progress reports

*

Opening your new grade book on the server

*

Check to see if your grade book has the correct preferences and info about you

The Elementary template includes all of the spreadsheets for the year

*

Setup Type Sets and align them with your classes

Set up Type Sets and review creating and managing Tasks directions with screen shots (by Karen White ITS)

Next, you must align or coordinate the Type Sets you just created with each class

*

Rename the "Weighted Type" spreadsheet and delete the "Skills" spreadsheet

*

Align the exploratory classes with the SNU grade table (Even in template)
