Getting started

DO NOT delete or rename any of the Classes in your grade book

DO NOT delete any of the End-of-Term spreadsheets or Progress reports

Before you try to access your grade book read the following:

Grade books are not available at the beginning of the school year, until after your administration has completed scheduling, run the IGP Data Exchange, and allowed one day for the grade books to be generated on the IGP server
InteGrade can be used by a teacher even if Sasi scheduling is not done at the school. A few additional items of information will have to be entered initially, but grades can still be calculated and progress reports run
Teachers who use the new Standards Based Report Cards can use IGP if they need calculations done. InteGrade is merely a fancy calculating spreadsheet. If no calculation is needed, then you may choose not to use InteGrade. You administrator is the final authority on this matter, not me
The first time you try to access the IGP server, you will need a special password. Your tech coordinator should have this password
Most of the time the teacher username is the teacher's first initial and last name. However, sometimes, depending upon the order schools finish scheduling and running the data exchange, a teacher's username will be the first two initials of their first name and their last name

The Elementary template includes all of the spreadsheets for the year

Setup Type Sets and align them with your classes. If you do not weight your grades, you can skip Type Set directions
