Explanation of Account Types:
Teacher: Users with the role of Teacher have the ability to create tests from the OAS item bank, assign tests to classes to which they are associated, and view reports on student test performance from students in their class.
Power Teacher: The Power Teacher has the same rights as the OAS teacher and some, but not all, rights of the OAS administrator Like a teacher, the Power Teacher has the ability to create tests from the OAS item bank, to assign tests to classes, and to view reports on student test performance from students. Users with the identification of Power Teacher can also create and modify student accounts and create/modify classes, and can view information on all classes within the school. However, a Power Teacher does not have access to create new teachers, transfer students, or perform any task that an administrator can do from the Administrator tab.
Administrator/Coordinator: Users with the role of Administrator or Coordinator have all the rights of a teacher and Power Teacher. In addition, they have the ability to create/modify student accounts, create/modify classes, and create/modify teacher/administrator accounts. In addition, administrators can assign tests to and view reports for any class within the school.
