Exporting Grades from InteGrade to SASI

This export is done such that report cards can be printed on one page per student in the office. After the export is done, if you change a grade in Integrade, it will NOT be reflected on the report card printed in the office unless another export and import is done, so please be sure your grades are complete and accurate prior to the export described below

Step 1: Putting grades in the proper nine weeks end-of-term spreadsheet

• Directions for this step: Putting grades in the appropriate place (spreadsheet)

Step 2: Exporting grades from your grade book

• Go to the file menu and choose Export from Grade Book
• Select the appropriate collection dates
• Example: First Nine Weeks
• Put a check in the box
• Click Next
• You may get a warning; put a check in the continue anyway box and click next
• You are finished with your part
• Remember, any changes you make to your grade book after this export will NOT be reflected in the progress reports being printed in the office until another export is completed by you AND several other steps are done by the office
